Studio Guidelines
BOOKING TERMS
* Booking hours are 9am–7pm (Monday–Saturday).
* Sunday bookings are available on request and attract an additional charge.
* Full payment is required to validate all bookings.
* A confirmation text and email with full booking details will be sent once payment is confirmed.
* Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your session.
* Check-in, changing, shooting, clean-up, and check-out must all be completed within your booked time.
* You must be fully packed and ready to leave at the end of your session.
* The studio must be returned to its original condition.
* Take all personal belongings when leaving. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left on the premises.
* Minimum booking is 1 hour.
* Late arrival may attract a ₦15,000 fee or result in forfeited time. Please do not be late.
* Booking extensions are allowed only if there are no prior bookings.
* Extra time spent will be charged at ₦1,500 per minute.
* Guest limits depend on the package paid for; additional guests are not allowed without prior notice.
* Professional shoots: Maximum 7 guests, including glam team.
* Mobile content: Maximum 3 guests.
* Extra guests attract a ₦5,000 charge per person and must be approved in advance.
* No refunds once a booking is confirmed
CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING
* All cancellations result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
* Bookings may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled time (rescheduling is not allowed on the day or hour of your booking) and is subject to availability.
* No refunds will be issued if your booking time is missed. Your session remains reserved for the time originally paid for.
* Rescheduled bookings must be moved to an available date within one (1) month of the original booking date.
OTHERS
* Pornographic content is strictly prohibited within the studio and its premises.
* Clients are fully responsible for any damage caused during their session and will bear the full cost of repairs or replacement for damaged studio property, including floors, furniture, props, or equipment.
* Smoking, recreational drugs, and alcohol are not permitted within the studio or its premises.
* Do not arrive intoxicated; intoxicated clients will be escorted out.
* Food and drinks are allowed but must be properly disposed of after use.
* No pets allowed.
